Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when using our service:
- Facility owner name, business name, address, phone, and email
- Facility geographic information (address, coordinates)
- Tank and container inventory data
- Photos of tanks and containment structures
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Generate your SPCC plan PDF
- Deliver your plan by email
- Send 5-year review reminders (if subscribed)
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
- Completed plans: Retained indefinitely (you may need access for EPA inspections)
- Incomplete drafts: Deleted after 90 days of inactivity
- Photos: Retained with the associated plan
Data Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Photos are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@spcc.builtweb.co. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
